Unlocking ADHD

Board of Directors 2025

All the members of the Board of Directors of Unlocking ADHD are volunteers who give of their personal time to the charity. They do not receive payment for their services. All have full time commitments to their jobs or businesses with the exception of our Founder who is an unpaid full time (>80 hrs a week) working member of the Unlocking ADHD management team. This underlies the passion that each brings to their role on the Board to empower ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest.

Prof Tan Sze Wee
Chairman

Prof. Tan Sze Wee

Prof Tan Sze Wee is Advisor to Temasek International from 2025. He previously held senior roles at A*STAR, overseeing 17 Research Institutes and National Platforms like DxD Hub and EDDC. His career spans the public sector, US corporates, and biotech start-ups.

Prof Tan is Adj Prof at Duke-NUS and NTU’s Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and is a recipient of the Public Administration Medal (Silver), COVID-19 Public Administration Medal (Silver), and Friend of Labour Award.

Lynn Koh
Treasurer

Lynn is the CFO of a mid-sized construction firm and urban renewal specialist and has previous experience with PwC, Ernst and Young Advisory, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. 

Lynn is passionate about giving back to society through volunteering and community projects, and she aims to increase ADHD awareness and ADHD support.

Jamie Lee
Director

Jamie

Jamie is the Director and Co-Founder of Lunch Actually, Southeast Asia's biggest dating group. He is an adult ADHDer and a mentor in the local start-up scene. Jamie loves to improve things and strive for the perfect system in all his businesses. 

He is the proud father of two teenagers, one of whom has been diagnosed with ADHD.

Douglas Leong
Director

Douglas

Douglas is the Director leading Legal and Governance matters. He is also General Counsel of an Asian MNC with extensive experience in legal and governance matters across different jurisdictions. 

As a devoted father of two, one of whom is an ADHDer,  he hopes for greater ADHD awareness and support.

Himanshu Chaudhari

himanshu chaudhari

Himanshu is the Director leading the Audit Committee, an executive in the financial services industry, and an angel investor. As an adult ADHDer,  he is also an active advocate for mental health and active ageing. 

In his personal time, he enjoys teaching self-compassion to his children and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.

Chong Yoke Sin
Director

Board of Directors 2024/2025

Chong Yoke Sin is the Director who leads the Technology Committee. Yoke Sin is an experienced board member of several organizations including Assisi Hospice, Mount Alvernia Hospital, Wilmar International and the Urban Redevelopment Authority. She was formerly the CEO of NCS Group and Integrated Health Information Systems.

Moonlake Lee
Director & Founder

moonlake lee

Moonlake is an adult ADHDer and a community builder with a career and interests spanning several industries and countries. She has degrees in journalism, law, business, and technology law. However, she finds greater life purpose in giving hope to individuals with ADHD and contributing to their brighter future. 

Moonlake is a proud mother to two young adults (one with ADHD) and wife to an avid marathoner and strong supporter of the work that Unlocking ADHD does.

AMKFSC Community Services has a Psychological Services Unit (PSU) which has a team of clinical and counselling psychologists for children/youth and their parents. Core services include psychoeducational assessments (5 to 16 years old) for ADHD and other learning disabilities. They also offer group and individual psychotherapy. They only provide services to residents in their constituency.

Fees are $70 per one hour session. Psychoeducational testing ranges between $750 to $1,120 depending on the tests required.
